Buyers Info. :
Payment : After a purchase or sale price is agreed upon in principal, payment must be made within three
(3) days of a written agreement specifiying the Domain(s) purchase and sales/purchase price confirmation
(via E-mail or Fax).
Payments may be made according to the following three options:
b) Via Wire Funds Transfer
c) Certified or Cashiers Check...overnight mail or certified delivery only.
Within 2 to 5 business days (depending on the domain's registrar) of receipt of cleared payment funds,
we will administrate and complete transfer of full ownership and title of Domain(s) to buyer. All sales
are final upon receipt of payment.
Note: All Domain buyers (as well as their advisors, consultants and intermediaries) interested in Domains
on this site are completely and soley responsible for their own due dllilgence, research and actions on any
and all trademark, copyright, intellectual property and legal issues and all other considerations pertaining to
Domains that they desire to buy and/or effectively consumate a purchase transaction. WinnerNames and
it's affiliates are not responsible or liable for any issues in this regard.
Sellers Info:
a) For Domain Name owners who engage our services to sell Domains, our selling commission and/or advisory fee is
eight percent (8%) of the final sales price total of each Domain. We feel it is important to note that this fee is much
lower than the vast majority of our competitors.....who fees/commissions generally range from 10% to 25% of each
Domains sales price.
b) We only engage as managing selling agent and dealer of Domains on an exclusive basis. Sellers must
commit to a minimum sales contract period of 120 days (onehundred twenty days).
